The uninterrupted food chain—big fish>small fish >shrimp>plankton, etc.—is as nature intended since time began but has become a rare luxury in most places. Hong Kong began as a fishing village and we are blessed to have continued access to freshly caught seafood.
We buy our fish daily from fishermen-operated businesses to ensure the freshest, seasonal selection. We also work with local farmers to source fruits, herbs and vegetables.
